At Brave Billiards LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.


Return Window

You may return most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. “Custom or personalized items are non-refundable”. Please note that original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return To Sender (Shipping)

If a package is returned to sender due to an address error and the customer requests a full refund instead of reshipping, a full refund will be issued since the items remain in their original condition. Due to custom or personalized items being non-refundable, if they are returned to sender due to an address error, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.


Opened Items & Condition

If an item has been opened, it may still be eligible for return but may be subject to a restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging. Items that show clear signs of use may not be accepted for return.


Defective/Damaged Items Guarantee

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right. Please contact us immediately, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping costs.


Defect Clarification (Wear & Tear)

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, but does not include the general wear and tear that naturally occurs with sustainable or regular use of the product.
